About Our Program
We maintain a proactive exterior pest control program at our rental properties. All treatments are applied to the outside perimeter only — we do not spray inside units. Our focus is spider and general pest prevention, keeping the property comfortable without requiring any action from tenants.
Where we treat: Exterior perimeter, foundation, doorways, windows, window and door trim, eaves, and cracks & crevices.
Target pests: Spiders, spider webs, and general crawling insects.

Before Each Treatment
You will receive advance notice before each scheduled application. That notice will include the planned date and time window, products being applied, and the areas being treated. No preparation is required inside the unit, and no temporary vacating is needed.
If you have a medical condition, allergy, or other concern related to any of the products listed above, please let us know before the scheduled date so we can accommodate you.
